About
I map how firms actually work.
I'm Jesse Branson, the founder of Spinning Siren Designs. I map accounting firms' tool stacks for a living — first by hand as a consultant, now with Workflow Weaver doing the drawing.
The method doesn't change with the medium: start from how the firm actually works today, type every handoff honestly, and only recommend what a verified source can back. The map comes before the advice — always.

Small firms deserve defensible tool decisions
Accounting software multiplied faster than anyone's ability to keep track of it, and the firms hit hardest are the ones without an IT department — under ten people, owner's money, no slack for a wrong purchase. The advice industry answers with generic "digital transformation." I think the answer is narrower and harder: a map of the firm as it actually runs, findings that cite their sources, and recommendations you can check. That's what the consulting delivers, and it's what Workflow Weaver automates.
